Since Penn Foster allows students to do a monthly payment plan, there may be financial terms that have to be met before a student can transfer majors. Depending on the program you wish to change to and the program you are currently taking some courses that you may have already paid for will not transfer...

Greg, I personally use Firefox and initially had issues logging in. I know that a lot users were having trouble with Google Chrome as well. After updating my security and cookie settings I have had no issues. Be sure to Download the most current version of Firefox C lear your private data Clear the history...
