Dear Penn Foster,

your customer service is a joke. i really regret doing your program. I have had only received rude customer service and let down since i have joined your program. i will make it my effort to let anybody i know or hear talk about going to Penn foster to not do it, and let me tell you i know a lot of people who have mentioned the thought. Unfortunately i am almost half way done with the programm and will have to grit my teeth and continue on. If i knew then what i know now and have experienced with penn foster i would have never choosen Penn foster.
