Has anyone taken exam 38176000 yet, if so how did it go. I really need help it is very confusing, I am working in the Cardiology field and I am just not sure about any other field. Please let me know.
I turned in my exam Friday. Got the results today. Scored a 72! D- !!!!
This test is tricky, picky and HARD. My advice, get on the phone to the academic advisers and pick their
brains dry before you turn in your exam. Get every little piece of information on what they are looking
for and HOW they want to see it.
Pay VERY close attention to the questions asking you to provide a CPT or ICD-9 code to an
operative, clinic, etc report. I got every one of them wrong! Also, ask the academic
counselors how they want to see the answers to the ICD-9 to -10 and ICD-10 to -9 crosswalk/GEM
questions. Another section I got totally WRONG.
To go this far in the program and then crash n burn....
Oh well, at least I now have three good door stops......(the ICD, CPT and SBS)
I am taking it now. It's realy hard.
Thanks Daniel, I appreciate the advise I will most certainly call them I hope to get a decent grade, wish me luck and good luck to you on the rest of the course.
Dont give up you will be fine, I know it is hard but you can do it.
I believe this was the hardest exam of all my courses. All I can say is take your time and think through your answers. When I felt confident with an answer, I would then second guess myself and that made it worse. Again, take your time and reach out to your instructor. Best of luck to you!
Thanks for the advise
You too, we will make it to the end, lol
