I just don't get it. I don't know if I have been working on it too long or what. I am totally confused. I don't think there is much of a problem. It's making me so frustrated though. Anyone know what I mean? Any pointers?
Same here I try my best to understand what I really do this exam. I can't really get it. The book did not explain very well.
Please anybody can help? Thank you.
Do you still need some help?
I have been sitting on this assignment since September!
I'm ready to begin my Medisoft work so I decided I should come back and try again but the way the examination is worded, I'm confused before I can even start. I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to eat this grade.
The instructions just don't give me enough information to work on. What should I change about Ruth and Jack? Workloads? Is Jack just lazy? Are they not communicating properly? I don't understand why Ruth is falling behind if they have a admin assistant on their team and Jessica's workload has been delegated between the two teams. Is Ruth just lazy? Is she just not paying attention?
The are just too many variables and I don't understand what my instructor wants me to investigate when I don't have any details about their actual work.
OMG, for real this material is not clear. I don't understand nothing. please help
I'm also having some trouble. I know that Jack is in charge of Jessica & Ralph, and Ruth is in charge of Sam & Frank. Are the administrative assistants different people from Jack and Ruth? Am I allowed to change their positions? e.g. having the full-time assistant help Sam/Frank instead of Ralph/Jessica & vice versa with the part-time assistant. Just a bit confused, since there's so much people involved.
No we are not allowed to change their duties but we can suggest. I wrote in the subjunctive mood and the instructor must have misunderstood it because s/he wrote "you do not have authority to do this". I barely passed that exam.
When you received your grade, did your instructor make any suggestions to correct the problem?
No, I am currently in college at CCC and when i get a grade my teacher
explains to me what i could have done to get a 100... i have emailed the
teachers here, but have been a bit unhappy because it was not explained why
i received the grade i got. she mentioned at one point that i had to thank
a company for their services, which it was the beginning of the paragraph
that i did that and she couldn't explain why she took points off.. it may
sound silly to some but i am a student who learns from her mistakes and if
an educator can not explain to me why its wrong how am i supposed to
know???? i am sticking with the course because this is what i chose to do
but as far as furthering things through PF i am looking into other
continuing education for transcriptionist. i hope this answers the question
you are asking.
Same here. I read it like 10 times and I still do not understand it! I'm getting frustrated. Did you or anyone figured it out?
Hello. Jack Snyder is secretary to Ralph and Jessica, and Ruth is secretary to Frank and Samuel.
Note that it states that Sam and Frank share a part-time assistant and Ralph and Jessica share a full-time assistant. It doesn't say that Ruth is the part-time person. Yes, it's confusing. Actually what I believe should have been explained in the background was not. I did get a 93 or 94--so I would advise you to make sure you go through the process and hit all the Evaluation Criteria before sending.
Also, it states that you don't have the authority to change the work assignments of the two administrative assistants or the executive team.
Good luck on the exam!
Can we suggest HR hire someone to cover Jessica until she comes back? I believe her absence is the secondary cause. The first cause being jack coming in late and taking longer breaks than Ruth.
